Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because flowers are perishable, we do not offer refunds. However, we will always ensure that you receive quality florals. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out.

How should I take care of my arrangement?
make sure to keep your flowers in clean fresh water, away from direct sunlight or heat source. Trim the stems and change the water every few days for longevity.

How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most arrangements will last up to 7 days. Some blooms may last even longer.

What are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary by distance! We will only deliver in the Chicago area. Online orders are pick up only. Please place order via phone call for delivery.

Can I request a specific flower or color?
We do our best to accommodate requests. If a flower is not available we’ll suggest a substitute that fits your vision. Please make sure to call the store to ask!

What if I want a bigger arrangement that the ones offered online?
We’ll gladly bring your vision to life! For larger arrangements, we ask that you place your order over the phon or in person so we can go over the details with you.
